Delete your Thrive Mind account

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, your
children's profiles, mood check-ins, journals, uploaded photos,
reflections, and all subscription records associated with the
account. This action cannot be undone.
Option 1 — In-app (fastest)
- Open Thrive Mind and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Privacy → Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion. All data is wiped within 30 days.
Option 2 — Email request
If you no longer have the app installed, email
Thriveapp.support@protonmail.com from the address you registered
with. Include the words "Account deletion request" in the
subject line.
We will:
- Confirm receipt within two working days.
- Verify your identity by replying to your registered email.
- Delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your authentication account (Firebase Auth).
- Your family record and all child profiles under it.
- All mood check-ins, journals, reflections, gratitude entries,
module progress, and uploaded media (including any "Safe Place"
photos).
- Your subscription state inside the app. The subscription itself
is managed by Google Play or Apple — cancel separately in your
store account if you no longer want to be billed.
- Push notification tokens and device records.
What is retained (and why)
- Aggregate, anonymised usage statistics that cannot be tied back
to you.
- Records we are legally required to retain (for example, payment
receipts for tax compliance), held for the minimum statutory
period and then deleted.
