By creating an account or using Thrive Mind Therapy ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Children aged 5–8 must be added by a parent or carer. Children aged 9–12 must obtain a parent or carer's verifiable email consent. Adults must be at least 18 to create a parent account.
Thrive Mind provides wellbeing tools, guided activities, and coping skills based on widely-used psychological approaches. The App is not a clinical treatment, diagnostic tool, or replacement for professional mental health care, and does not guarantee specific therapeutic, clinical, or personal outcomes.
The App is not a crisis response service and must not be relied upon in any emergency. If a child or young person is at immediate risk of harm, contact emergency services or appropriate urgent professional support immediately.
Premium features require an in-app subscription processed by Apple. Pricing is displayed before purchase in your local currency. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device.
Do not use the App to harm yourself or others, post abusive content, attempt to access other users' data, or reverse-engineer the App.
You can delete your account at any time inside the App (Settings → Privacy Settings → Delete Account). Deletion is permanent.
The App is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thrive Mind Therapy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the App.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app at least 7 days before they take effect.
