In the app, go to Settings → Privacy Settings → Delete Account. You will need to confirm with your password. All your personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone or iPad open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions and tap Thrive Mind. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Settings → Privacy & Security → Change Password.
Children in this age band must enter a parent or carer's email when signing up. We send the parent a confirmation link; the child account becomes active once the parent confirms.
